Stuttgart, circa 1910: We don't know who Kyler was, but we know he "did it" ... or so says the likely graffiti painted on the water storage structure. It is of course possible the slogan had a more commercial meaning, but 112 years later it's hard to know. We do like the little boy with hands on his hips.
