The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Board of Trustees has changed leadership and added four new members, the museum announced in a news release Wednesday.

The new members of the board come during a period of transition for the museum's board of trustees as new leadership has taken over. Stan Hastings, CEO of Moon Distributors, Inc., has taken over as the board's president while Le'Kita Brown, vice president of revenue at Arkansas Children's Hospital, will step in as vice president.

Hastings succeeds Van Tilbury, who will remain on the board as chairman.

Four new members -- Beau Blair, Jacqueline Retzer, Steve Ronnel and Derrick Smith -- have been added to the museum's board of trustees.

Blair is the chief operating officer with McLarty Diversified Holdings and a founding general partner at McLarty Capital Partners 's Small Business Fund 1, according to the new release.

Retzer is an events coordinator who moved to Arkansas from Nashville, Tenn. She has become active in the non-profit community, serving as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas and CASA of Pine Bluff.

Little Rock native Steve Ronnel is president of Metal Recycling Corporation.

Derrick Smith, a native of Marianna, is a partner at the corporate law firm Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, PLLC.

The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Board of Trustees oversees the running of the museum, most notably the construction of the museum's new campus which is set to open in the spring.
