Springdale Animal Shelter forced to relocate animals after pipes burst

Frigid temperatures on Sunday caused water pipes to burst at the Springdale Animal Shelter forcing the facility to relocate all the dogs.

Big Paws of the Ozarks made arrangements for a dozen dogs.
