Arkansas Travelers reliever Isaiah Campbell's wild pitch in the bottom of the ninth inning allowed the Springfield Cardinals to score the winning run Thursday night at Hammons Field in Springfield, Mo.
Mike Antico started the inning with a double before Masyn Winn laid down a sacrifice bunt to bump Antico over to third. Campbell (0-2) then tossed an 0-2 pitch past catcher Jake Anchia.
The Travs grabbed the lead in the fourth on Kaden Polcovich's two-run home run, only for Jordan Walker to hit a solo home run in the bottom of the sixth and tie the score at 2-2. Walker then hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the seventh to put the Cardinals ahead 4-3 after the Travs had regained a 3-2 lead in the top half.
