BENTONVILLE -- One person died early Saturday morning in a duplex fire.
The Bentonville Fire Department responded to a call at 2:31 a.m. at 308 S. Walton Blvd., according to a city press release.
One side of a duplex with an office above it was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived, according to the release.
The name of the deceased is not being released at this time, according to the release.
The fire is under investigation by the Bentonville fire and police departments, according to the release.
