A Little Rock office park changed ownership in a $10.5 million deal, the Hathaway Group, a local commercial real estate company, announced Thursday.
The Colonel Glenn Corporate Center at 10600 and 10620 Colonel Glenn Road is a 123,000-square-foot office and warehouse complex with multiple tenants in two buildings just east of Interstate 430.
Hathaway Group, which will manage the property, represented the buyers.
They include CGCC1N2 LLC, organized by C. Ryan O'Quinn, an attorney with the Little Rock law firm of Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull. Another firm member, J. Cliff McKinney, is the company's registered agent.
Another buyer is JTD Midtowne Investments LLC, organized by Robert T. Smith, an attorney at the Little Rock law firm of Friday, Eldredge & Clark. The registered agent is Jason Todd Dickson.
The seller was CG Corporate LLC, which acquired the property for $4 million in 2010. Its registered agent is Stephen L. LaFrance. Managers include limited liability companies led by two top executives at Colliers Arkansas, the commercial real estate, management and development firm: President Isaac Smith and Kevin Huchingson, chairman and chief executive officer.
