• Devin Dakota Acuff, 26, of 4340 Twin Oaks St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with furnishing, possessing or using prohibited articles. Acuff was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Melrone Bartholomew Peter, 19, of 2353 N. Lowell St. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with theft by receiving. Peter was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Michael Raybon, 72, of 575 E. Margaret Place was arrested Friday in connection with indecent exposure. Raybon was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on $805 bond.
• Micheal Smith, 21, of 4550 W. Ozark Trail was arrested Friday in connection with domestic battering. Smith was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,085 bond.

• Tyler Lee Treat, 29, of 2807 Colton Drive in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with theft of property. Treat was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
