A Missouri man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Friday night in northeast Arkansas, according to an Arkansas State Police report.
Kenneth Freeman, 26, of Doniphan, Mo., was traveling north on U.S. 67 near Clay County Road 141 in Corning when his 2016 Chevrolet crossed the centerline about 7:30 p.m., the report said.
His vehicle struck head-on a 2002 Ford pickup driven by Peter Scheelenberger, 26, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., the report said.
Freeman died in the crash. Scheelenberger was injured and taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, according to the report.
It was raining and the pavement was wet at the time of the crash, the report said.
