Omaha 52, Timbo 40

Devon Wolf had 10 of his team-high 19 points in the first quarter as Omaha claimed a nonconference victory at home over Timbo.

William Gray added 10 for the Eagles (1-1), who outscored Timbo 10-3 in the third quarter and turned a two-point halftime lead into a 38-29 cushion.

Ozark Catholic 49, Lifeway Christian 44

The Griffons hit 5-of-6 free throws in the final two minutes to hold on for the win.

Ozark Catholic (2-0) led 21-18 at halftime and 36-31 after three quarters. Lifeway Christian pulled within two points with two minutes left, but the Griffons were strong from the free-throw line late to earn the win.

Isaac McClinton led all scorers with 19 points for Ozark Catholic and added seven rebounds. Perrin Lunsford chipped in 10 for the Griffons. Luke Melton led Lifeway with 13 points, while Sam Green added 10.

Prism 40

Ozark Catholic outscored Prism Education Center 30-15 in the third quarter to pull away for the win.

The Griffons led 41-22 at halftime, but extended that to 71-37 after three quarters. Perrin Lunsford registered a double-double to lead Ozark Catholic with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Jackson Holmes enjoyed a nice all-around game with 10 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, while Isaac McClinton added 13 and Jonathan Cass 11 as the Griffons set a school record for points scored in a game.

Levi Ruff led Prism with 14 points, while Bear Newcomb added 13.

Mt. Judea 38

The Griffons (3-0) jumped to a 25-9 lead after a quarter en route to the big win Friday night.

Ozark Catholic put three players in double figures led by Parrin Lunsford's game-high 16 points. Isaac McClinton added 15 and Preston Efird 14. McClinton also grabbed a team-high seven rebounds and dished out eight assists and nabbed three steals.

Lifeway Christian 63, Ozark Catholic 18

Lifeway Christian led 23-2 after a quarter and cruised to the win,.

Abby Moseley led all scorers with 23 points, while Hallie Moseley added 19 for Lifeway. Braydin Fulcher also chipped in 10. Buron led Ozark Catholic with seven.

The Lady Griffons jumped to a 33-4 halftime lead and cruised to the big season-opening win.

Becka Buron led Ozark Catholic with 14 points.

Mt. Judea 31

The Lady Griffons used a big fourth quarter to pull away for the win on Friday night.

Ozark Catholic (2-1) led only 28-23 after three quarters but enjoyed a 12-8 advantage in the fourth quarter to earn the win.

Mary Doke enjoyed a nice all-around game with 13 points, nine steals, six rebounds and five assists for the Lady Griffons. Isabel Cruz added 11 points and five rebounds. Halle Brewer led Mt. Judea with 12 points.
