• Bradley Luper, 37, of 122325 Pine Circle in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with domestic battering. Luper was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Rick Gant, 56, of 19848 Shady Grove Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with registered sex offender failure to comply with reporting. Gant was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Janelle Mullis, 30, of 14546 Woods Lodge Road in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with battery. Mullis was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Matthew Rowan, 28, of 1211 N. Leverett Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault and fleeing. Rowan was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Kirby Alderson, 23, of 1569 W. Beach Place was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening and criminal mischief. Alderson was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

Springdale

• Jose Bejarano, 53, of 1966 Garnet Road was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and domestic battering. Bejarano was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

• Hunter Jaquez, 21, of 1522 N. Merion Way in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with assault on a family member. Jaquez was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,100 bond.

• Clan Ebot, 18, of 1128 Van Someren Place was arrested Saturday in connection with theft by receiving. Ebot was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Serenity Anderson, 19, of 1404 S. Cleveland Ave. in Russellville was arrested Friday in connection with battery and engaging in a continuing criminal gang, organization or enterprise. Anderson was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
