• Benjamin Bailey, 21, of 308 Betty Jo Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft by receiving. Bailey was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Megan Smith, 32, of 7157 Coyote Crossing Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a communications device. Smith was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Jacob Avery Faught, 36, of 824 Winningham Road in Gentry was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault. Faught was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Raymond Anthony Moreno, 70, of 12830 Pioneer Lane in Gentry was arrested Tuesday in connection with domestic battering. Moreno was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jack Clement Parsons, 36, of 4033 W. Garrett Road in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of firearms by certain persons. Parsons was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• July Soulinthong, 42, of 3033 Greenwich St. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with rape. Soulinthong was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Melissa Williams, 29, of 4701 Noland Lane in Lowell was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Williams was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center.
• Avery Edwards, 32, of 2032 Brushwood Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Edwards was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
• Anthony Smith, 32, of 5160 Bob Mills Road in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Smith was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.
