Derrick Marcell Duggans, 23, of 2114 N. Tull Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Duggans was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Joshua Anthony Vega Morrero, 22, of 514 Butterfield Coach Road in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Morrero was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Joseph Nicholas Rosencutter, 57, of Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with battery. Rosencutter was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

Carla Schrecengost, 46, of 11053 Shumate Crossing in Prairie Grove was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated animal cruelty. Schrecengost was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center on $1,000 bond.
