Some 800 American Heart Association supporters helped the nonprofit organization raise $820,000 at "The Gift of Time" Heart Ball on Feb. 21 at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers. Organizers said the evening was to "come together to celebrate more time with our loved ones thanks to the important work of the American Heart Association."

For the evening's Open Your Heart campaign for research funding, Caroline Berger and Camden Tucker, heart disease survivors, shared via video their experiences with those gathered.
