BOYS Pea Ridge 53, Berryville 48

Pea Ridge outscored Berryville 18-13 in the fourth quarter and earned remained unbeaten in 4A-1 Conference play with a win Friday night at Berryville. Wes Wales had 16 points and was the only player in double figures for the Blackhawks (14-4, 6-0), who battled back from an early 12-6 deficit to take a 21-20 halftime lead. Berryville (14-7, 2-4) then came back and tied the game at 35 to end the third quarter. Kade Davidson had 21 points for Berryville, followed by Trenton Hutchinson with 13. Greyson Edwards, Brandon Whatley and Noah Peterson each added nine for Pea Ridge.

Elkins 49, Greenland 38

Paxton Barnett scored 19 points to lead Elkins past Greenland. Kain Johnson and Caden Vaught added 10 points apiece for Elkins (17-3, 5-2), which outscored Greenland 18-8 in the fourth quarter. Carter Gobel scored 15 points to lead Greenland (10-8, 4-4).

Waldron 80, West Fork 59

Payton Brown scored 25 points and Isaac Villarreal 19 to lead Waldron (18-4, 7-1) past West Fork. Wyett Kutz scored 12 to lead West Fork, which trailed 34-24 at halftime. Stoker Cornelius added 11 points for West Fork (6-12, 1-6).

Bergman 77, Rose Bud 38

Chance Carter scored 20 points to lead Bergman in a 3A-1 East Conference rout over Rose Bud. The Panthers (25-5, 7-2) were in control from the outset as they jumped out to a 31-14 lead in the first quarter. Bergman led 57-28 at halftime and 71-36 after three quarters. Elijah Royce added 16 points and A.J. Van Lear added 14 for Bergman.

GIRLS Berryville 31, Pea Ridge 25

Berryville outscored Pea Ridge 13-7 in the fourth quarter and earned a 4A-1 Conference win on its home floor. Lilli Compton had 15 points for the Lady Bobcats (15-5, 4-2), who led 15-10 at halftime but were outscored 8-3 in the third quarter. Allisa Short had 11 points for Pea Ridge (15-5, 2-4).

Haas Hall Rogers 42, NWA Classical 37

Emma Whitaker scored 17 points and Eden Stobaugh added 15 to help the Lady Danes pick up the win. Whitaker, a freshman, keyed a 16-4 second-half run that helped Haas Hall Rogers (7-5) rally for the win. Stobaugh was playing the point for the first time all season because of an injury to starter Rachael Keese. She scored 11 of her 15 points in the second half, including 5 of 6 free throws. Adelaide Curry led NWA Classical, which led 19-16 at halftime, with 12 points.

THURSDAY’S RESULTS

BOYS Clarksville 68, Pottsville 61 (OT)

The Panthers used a 16-6 advantage in overtime to pick up the victory. Pottsville trailed 41-37 after three quarters but the game was tied at 52 at the end of regulation. Braden Payne led Clarksville with 15 points and nine rebounds, while Garrett Waddill added nine points and nine rebounds. Cameron Patterson chipped in seven points, six rebounds and eight assists.
