• Carroll Simmons, 70, of Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Simmons was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Adan Torres, 53, of 2800 Bishop St. was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault. Torres was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Marva Villines, 59, of 20741 Trail Road in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with domestic battering. Villines was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Jimmy Parham, 36, of 55 E. 15th St. Lot 20 in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with battery. Parham was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
