Luke Colley of Bentonville has been appointed to the board of trustees at Williams Baptist University in Walnut Ridge. He is market president of Generations Bank and a graduate of the university. Williams Baptist is a liberal arts university in Walnut Ridge.
Meagan Barkley of Fayetteville has been promoted to senior manager at Hogan-Taylor. She earned a bachelor of business administration in accounting and finance as well as a master of accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.
Taylor Townsend of Fayetteville has been promoted to manager — tax at Hogan-Taylor. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration and a master of science in accountancy from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
James Austin has been hired as the project manager for construction services at Alternative Design Manufacturing and Supply, Inc. of Si-loam Springs. Austin earned his bachelor of arts in English literature from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and has worked in the construction field for 13 years.
Ryan Kinnaman has returned to Alternative Design Manufacturing and Supply, Inc. of Siloam Springs as the marketing technologist. Kinnaman has more than 15 years experience in marketing, graphic design and web management.

Dr. Mark Cooper has been appointed to managing director of genetics at Cobb-Vantress. He had worked as director of product testing. Since joining Cobb, he has also served as pedigree geneticist, European director of genetics, director of genetics for all of Cobb’s breeding programs and director of product management. Cooper earned a bachelor’s degree in poultry science from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree in poultry genetics from the University of Georgia and a doctorate in poultry genetics from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
