4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Lucky Bannavong, 21, of 1298 Electric Ave. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the intent to deliver. Bannavong remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday with no bond set.

Arkansas State Police

• Anthony Salas, 42, of 508 Stowers Ave. in Elkins was arrested Wednesday in connection with battery and possession of a firearm by certain persons. Salas remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday on $26,690 bond.

Bentonville

• Marcos Mendoza-Catalan, 40, of 901 Cypress St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance. Mendoza-Catalan was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Farmington

• Johnny Quick, 34, of 1832 S. School Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Quick remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday on $7,590 bond.

• Tyler Yeakley, 31, of 1805 S. R St. in Fort Smith was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Yeakley remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday on $15,000 bond.

• Cade Becton, 27, of 5005 E. Wymad Road in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving. Becton remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday on $780 bond.

Fayetteville

• Justin Oswalt, 21, of 501 N.E. Whitney St. in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Oswalt remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday with no bond set.

• Steven Poe, 47, of 2993 N. Dorchester St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Poe remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday with no bond set.

Rogers

• Victor Rodrigo Miranda-Jimenez, 25, of 2432 S. 16th St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of domestic battering. Miranda-Jimenez was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

West Fork

• Louis Cleek, 50, of 81 Northwood St. in West Fork was arrested Wednesday in connection with terroristic threatening. Cleek remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday on $100,000 bond.
