Chase Ammons scored a team-high 19 points to help lead the Cougars to the 1A-1 Conference tournament title.

The New School (33-1) led 31-21 at halftime and 41-36 after three quarters. Jasper hit a 40-foot 3-pointer at the buzzer to set the final score.

Ayden Barbour added 11 points, while Tysen Barbour contributed 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Cougars, who won both the regular-season and conference tournament titles for the first time in the school's short history.

Caleb Carter had 24 points and was the only player in double figures for Jasper.

Izard County 77, Omaha 44

Izard County erupted for 31 points in the second quarter and went on to defeat host Omaha in the 1A-2 Conference semifinals.

Izard County used the outburst to turn a 19-10 lead into a 50-26 halftime cushion.

Austin Isbell had 20 points and William Deckelman 11 for Omaha, which will be the conference's No. 4 seed during the Class 1A Region 2 tournament at Hillcrest.

Lavaca 60, Hector 45

Lavaca outscored Hector 15-5 in the fourth quarter as the Golden Arrows pulled away and won the 2A-4 Conference championship at Hector.

Cayden Hearn had 16 points to lead Lavaca, which broke a 29-29 halftime deadlock and led 45-40 after three quarters before its big fourth-quarter run.

Mark Miller added 12 and Jayger Wagner added 10 for the Golden Arrows, who move on to the Class 2A West Region tournament and will play Wednesday night in Eureka Springs.

Girls

Fayetteville 75, Springdale High 24

Sophomore Loren Lindsey tossed in a game-high 18 points to lead the Lady Purple Bulldogs to the 6A-West Conference win.

Sasha Goforth added 11 points and Coriah Beck 10 for Fayetteville (19-5, 10-2 6A-West), which led 40-16 at halftime.

Chloe Joiner led Springdale with 10 points.

Fort Smith Northside 57, North Little Rock 38

The Lady Bears continue their unbeaten march through the 6A-Central, using a 31-4 run in the final 11:56 of the first half to seize control of the game.

Jersey Wolfenbarger finished with a game-high 27 points to lead the Lady Bears.

Northside (22-3, 12-0 6A-Central) has now won 18 straight games. With Cabot's loss to Bryant on Friday, the Lady Bears have clinched the outright 6A-Central title and the league's top seed.

North Little Rock (14-12, 7-5) led 12-6 with 3:56 left in the first quarter on a layup by Amauri Williams. Williams scored 11 to pace North Little Rock while Destin Duckworth added 10.

Alpena 69, Kingston 50

Amelya Cook had 25 points to lead four Alpena players in double figures as the Lady Leopards claimed the 1A-1 Conference title in Kingston.

Alpena led 20-10 after one quarter, but it was a 21-7 run in the third quarter that helped put the Lady Leopards' lead out of reach.

Desi Deitrich added 16 for Alpena, which will host the Class 1A Region 1 tournament, followed by Alex Hill with 12 and Katherine Rodas with 11. Mellia Johnson led Kingston with 24 points while Renee Pittman added 11.

Viola 58, Lead Hill 20

Viola limited Lead Hill to just three points in the second half as the Lady Longhorns moved into the 1A-2 Conference championship game at Omaha.

Lead Hill trailed 30-17 at halftime but managed one free throw in the third quarter as Viola extended its lead to a 48-18 margin and forced the running clock.

Lilly Norman had eight points for the Lady Tigers, who will be the No. 4 seed in the Class 1A Region 2 tournament at Hillcrest.

Danville 64, Mountainburg 39

Danville led 18-7 after one quarter and continued to pull away as the Lady Little Johns took the 2A-4 Conference Tournament title at Hector.

Jordan Watkins led Mountainburg with 18 while Haley Reed chipped in 11. The Lady Dragons will move on to the 2A-4 West Region tournament, which begins Wednesday at Eureka Springs.

Haas Hall Rogers 59, Thaden School 46

The Lady Danes used a 20-1 fourth-quarter run to pull away and claim the NWA Postseason Tournament title.

Eden Stobaugh led all scorers with 28 points while Emma Whitaker added 19 for the Lady Danes (10-8).

Natalya Davis led Thaden with 19 points including five 3-pointers and Ella Wise added 16.

Haas Hall Rogers hit 9 of 10 free throws during the big fourth-quarter run. Carly Fister added 6 points and 11 rebounds for the Lady Danes.

Boys

Ozark Catholic 62, NWA Arts Academy 43

Isaac McClinton poured in 26 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Griffons to the NWA Postseason Tournament title.

Ozark Catholic (21-11) led 28-18 at halftime and extended the advantage to 50-26 after three quarters. Jonathan Casse added 10 points for the Griffons, while Perrin Lusford added 9 points and 8 rebounds. Ben Vogel led Arts Academy with 12 points and Chyrell Stanley added 11.
