Circuit Judge Morgan “Chip” Welch graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1975. He spent his final year at the school’s Little Rock campus. The school was misidentified in an article Sunday about the candidates for Position 4 on the Arkansas Supreme Court.

Kendon Underwood and Chris Latimer are challenging state Rep. Jana Della Rosa in the Republican primary for House District 90. A list of GOP House candidates Sunday omitted Underwood and incorrectly included the lone Democrat, Kelly Ross Krout.

Judge David Carruth, one of three candidates for the at-large judgeship on the 1st Judicial Circuit Court, Division 5, is a district judge, not an incumbent. Because of incorrect information from The Associated Press, his status was misidentified in a list of judicial candidates published Sunday.

The Sheridan School Board election between James “Gart” Pitts and Jan Caldwell on March 3 in Grant County is nonpartisan. A list of local races published Sunday incorrectly reported a political party affiliation.
