• Donald Earl Williams, 46, of 22039 Cheryl Drive in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with terroristic threatening/threatens physical injury or property damage and aggravated assault. Williams was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Santiago Garcia Jr., 28, of 2200 S. B St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a Schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance methamphetamine or cocaine of less than 2 grams, possession of a Schedule 6 controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession with the purpose to deliver or manufacture a counterfeit substance. Garcia was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Joseph Perkins, 23, of 1761 N. Chestnut Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver. Perkins was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
• Sheila McGuire, 35, of Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with theft of property and criminal mischief. McGuire was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Valerie Berube, 52, of 404 W. Fitchberg St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with terroristic threatening/threatens physical injury or property damage. Berube was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Juan Barboza, 43, of 27516 Avenue 16 in Madera, Calif., was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a Schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with intent to deliver. Barboza was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
