• Richard Dale Goad Sr., 76, of 1745D Gann Ridge Road in Garfield was arrested Thursday in connection with rape. Goad was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Ashley Nicole Jackson, 34, of 5405 S.W. Villa St. Apt. 21 was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving. Jackson was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Delson Gonzales-Rivera, 20, of 705 W. Bailey Ave., Apt. 8, in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Gonzales-Rivera was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.

• Alan Rodriguez, 24, of 2302 Sam St. was arrested Friday in connection with criminal mischief. Rodriguez was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Logan Wiley, 25, of 12396 Harris Drive was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a firearm by certain persons. Wiley was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Jason Warfield, 33, of 2627 W. Arthur Harp St. was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated robbery, domestic battering and endangering the welfare of a minor. Warfield was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Arsenio Lemus, 24, of 2100 N. Leverett Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with criminal mischief. Lemus was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Jason Setting, 45, of 20211 Rheas Community Road was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and endangering the welfare of a minor. Setting was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Christy Meadors, 46, of 21 McGee St., No. 3, in West Fork was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Meadors was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
