Critical violations are those factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Sept. 16

Noncritical violations: The interior of prep tables need cleaning. The current retail food permit was not posted.

Noncritical violations: A food employee was wearing a wristwatch. A food employee was not wearing a proper hair restraint. Several ceiling tiles in the back food preparation area need to be replaced, previous issue.

Noncritical violations: Test strips were not available at the time of inspection.

Critical violations: A food employee washed hands in a sink used to clean utensils. A food employee made bare hand contact with food while cutting lettuce. Containers of food were not covered in cold holding. The concentration of chemical sanitizer was not at the correct level in the dishwasher.

Noncritical violations: A prep table does not have a thermometer. A bag of rice and a bag of onions were stored in contact with the floor. Food on the buffet is not protected by food or sneeze guards.
