SHERIDAN -- Three straight second-half touchdowns put the Yellowjackets (4-2, 2-1 6A-West) out of reach against the Wildcats (1-5, 0-3).
Sheridan scored the first two touchdowns on runs by senior Glenn Wright and Trace Watkins, going up 14-0.
But El Dorado came back with two touchdowns of its own when junior Eli Sheperd passed 7 yards to junior Jarmel Love, and senior Alex Hicks ran 1-yard for a score to leave the Wildcats down 14-12.

A Javier Gonzalez field goal with three seconds left in the first half gave Sheridan a 17-12 advantage.
Gonzalez converted another field goal 7:42 left in the third quarter, as Sheridan took a 20-12 lead.
Hicks scored his second touchdown about a minute later on a 4-yard run, then added the two-point conversion.
Sheridan's Peyton Edwards ran 22 and 9 yards for touchdowns, and senior Alden Lucas added a 51-yard scoring run as the Yellowjackets took a three-score lead.
Hicks scored his third touchdown for El Dorado with about one minute left.
