Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Charles Crawford Harris Jr., 51, of 11684 Dogwood Drive in Garfield was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Harris was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Don Elmore Cartwright, 63, of 2005 Talia Trail in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with battery. Cartwright was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Decatur

• Omar Burgos-Lopez, 38, of 808 N.W. Evans Circle in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of firearm by certain person. Burgos-Lopez was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Kyle Allen, 27, of 703 N. Thompson St. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender, incorrect sex offender information on his driver's license, violation of a suspended sentence and a parole violation. Allen was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Fayetteville

John Rogers of 103 Barbara St. in Farmington was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, aggravated assault, loitering, delivery of a counterfeit substance, failure to appear and a probation violation. Rogers was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $175,000 bond.

Zach McCallay, 43, of 2670 N. Club Drive was arrested in connection with possessing instruments of crime, criminal mischief, theft by receiving, fleeing, loitering and contempt of court. McCallay was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $175,000 bond.

Jacobi Dent, 18, of 1320 Widicker in Forrest City was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated robbery, committing a terroristic act, theft of property and theft by receiving. Dent was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $200,000 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

Blake Redmond, 42, of 6097 U.S. 71 South in West Fork was arrested Monday in connection with felon in possession of a firearm, violation of probation and violation of a suspended sentence. Redmond was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,500 bond.
