Three roads in Benton County remained closed at 11 a.m. Friday after heavy rain entered the region Wednesday evening.

The National Weather Service reported about 2.5 inches of rain at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport and about 1.5 inches in Fayetteville Tuesday night to Thursday morning, according to social media posts.

Storms initially led to about 30 road closings in the county, according to a news release.

The following roads are closed as of 11 a.m. today:

Butler Creek Road

Rocky Dell Hollow Road (west of low water slab) closed indefinitely

Rocky Dell Road to Rocky Dell Hollow Road
