Dr. Kody Nichols has joined Mercy Clinics Pediatrics in Fort Smith. He received his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith and his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He was the chief pediatric resident at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

Ravonne John, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, recently joined Washington Regional Endocrinology Clinic in Fayetteville where she diagnoses and treats disorders of the endocrine system. John earned a master of science in nursing from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Mo., and a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
