Kerri L. Ruttenberg will join Walmart on July 1 as senior vice president of litigation. She has more than 20 years of trial experience in federal and state cases, most recently as partner and head of litigation for Jones Day's Washington office. She earned her juris doctor from George Washington University Law School and her bachelor of arts in psychology from American University.

Lauren Wilson, LPN, recently was named OB nurse navigator at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital's Women and Children's Department. She has been on staff at Siloam Springs for more than 10 years and has been in the Women and Children's Department for more than nine years.

John R. Brochu of Fayetteville was named a faculty member for the National Guild of Hypnotists' International Convention and Educational Conference from Aug. 9-11 in Marlborough, Mass. He is a certified consulting hypnotist and National Guild of Hypnotists instructor. He has received the Order of the Braid by the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Danita Mullins, emergency department director at Washington Regional Medical Center, recently received the 2019 Arkansas ED Leader of the Year Award from the Arkansas Emergency Nurses Association. Mullins has been with Washington Regional for more than six years and was assistant director of the Emergency Department. She has been an emergency nurse for 20 years. She has a master of science in nursing with emphasis on leadership in health care systems from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor of science in nursing from Union College in Lincoln, Neb.

Michael Parker was named regional president for the Nabholz Corp.'s central operation, a territory encompassing Northwest Arkansas and Central Missouri. Parker holds an ASHE health care construction certification and LEED accredited professional designation, and is a founding member of the Arkansas chapter of the US Green Building Council. He is an alumnus of Auburn University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in building science. He joined Nabholz in 2006 to lead preconstruction services for the company's central Arkansas operation.

Alice Penner was recently awarded the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation, according to the Arkansas Realtors Association. She is a member of the association and is a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette in Rogers.

Finley Dick of Prairie Grove is a new junior member of the American Angus Association, a national organization with headquarters in St. Joseph, Mo. Junior members are eligible to register cattle in the association, participate in programs conducted by the National Junior Angus Association and take part in association-sponsored shows and other national and regional events.
