Jessica Duggar, MSN, APRN, NP-C, joined the Mercy Hospital Fort Smith Emergency Department as a certified nurse practitioner and advanced practice registered nurse. She received her master of science in nursing from South University in Savannah, Ga., and her bachelor of science in nursing from Arkansas Tech University at Russellville. She also studied nursing at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. Duggar was an emergency room clinical nurse manager and a staff nurse at Mercy Hospital Ozark and an intensive care unit staff nurse at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith.
Chandra Mathis, MSN, FNP-C, joined Mercy Clinic Oncology as a certified family nurse practitioner. She received her master of science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, Ill., and her bachelor of science in nursing from the Loretto Heights School of Nursing in Denver. Mathis has 27 years of experience as a registered nurse and a hospitalist.
Jill Kirsten Morphew, MSN, RN, AGACNP-BC, joined Mercy Clinic Cardiology -- Phoenix Avenue in Forth Smith as a board-certified, adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. She received a master of science in nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis and a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. She was a registered nurse and charge nurse in Fort Smith for five years before joining Mercy.
Rick Barclay joined Crafton Tull as chief administrative officer. He received a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Barclay was vice president of human resources and vice president of support services at Mercy Health of Northwest Arkansas.
Travis Stephens will join The Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce as vice president of operations, leaving his position as director of economic development for the city of Bella Vista.
