Lancashire Blvd., hosted Bella Vista's first Royal Family Kids Camp last week with 20 campers and 34 full-time volunteers in attendance. Campers went swimming, fishing, shot archery, climbed rocks, played games, did crafts and heard a Bible story each day. The girls attended a formal tea party, and the boys had a tailgate party. Organizers say camp was a huge success thanks to all of the prayers, support, donations and volunteers who helped make it possible. Information: 855-1126,

First Presbyterian Church in Springdale, 100 S. Gutensohn Road, presents Vacation Bible School, "To Mars and Beyond," June 23-27. Each session begins at 5:30 p.m. with a light dinner and concludes at 8 p.m. To register, call 751-8448.

All Saints Episcopal Church in Bentonville, 2904 NW Third St., has begun a Wednesday service from 6 to 8 p.m. during the summer: Open Table. This casual service is a Eucharistic feast along the lines of the ancient church. Everyone is welcome to come, bringing a dish to share if you can.

Village Bible Church in Bella Vista, 1591 Forest Hills Blvd., welcomes adults to join with others in Fellowship Hall or the Oasis Center for coffee and facilitated table discussion of the scripture passages after the 9 a.m. service Sunday.

At 2:30 p.m., a ministry team from the church will provide a chapel service at The Meadows independent and assisted living facility in Bentonville.

On June 26, the Oasis Food Pantry will be open from 10 a.m. to noon. This ministry is available to anyone in our area who needs help with groceries.
