• Travis Michael Carlisle, 30, of 3718 W. Woods St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of firearm by certain persons, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of defaced firearm and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Carlisle was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Joaquin Flores Jr., 22, of Eighth Street Motel in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of firearm by certain persons, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of defaced firearm. Flores was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lydia Whitten, 31, of 18851 W. Arkansas 12 was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Whitten was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Rupard Frank Williams, 51, of 465 E. Road in Goodman, Mo., was arrested Saturday in connection with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine. Williams was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Dana Skinkis, 19, of 11312 S. Whitehouse Road in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver. Skinkis was being held Saturday in the Washington County Jail.
