Drew Lunsford joined Crye-Leike's Springdale office as a licensed Realtor. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and worked in the family entertainment industry before deciding to pursue a career in real estate.

Candra Ray, APRN, recently joined Washington Regional and Renal Specialists of Northwest Arkansas. Her primary responsibility is caring for dialysis patients. Ray earned both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in nursing from UAMS and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Northwest Arkansas Community College. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Andrea Yeager, a clinical documentation improvement manager at Washington Regional, recently achieved designation as a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist. Yeager, who has been with Washington Regional since 2018, earned a Master of Science in nursing and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Ill. She also earned an associate's degree from Lansing Community College in Lansing, Mich.

Kaitlyn Fondano was hired as manager of real estate development at Specialized Real Estate Group. She began her real estate development career in Phoenix working for DPR Construction. Most recently she worked with Desert Viking Development in Phoenix. Fondano earned both a Bachelor of Science in construction management and a master's degree in real estate development from Arizona State University.

Carrie Howell is the new chief financial officer for Willow Creek Women's Hospital and Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. She most recently worked at College Station Medical Center in College Station, Texas and spent 12 years at Barstow Community Hospital in Barstow, Calif. She has held leadership positions at Affiliated Doctors of Orange County and USI Administrators, both in Garden Grove, Calif. Howell earned her bachelor's degree in administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University in San Bernardino, Calif.

Leigh Wood, membership director of KUAF 91.3 FM, was named as the University of Arkansas-based station's new general manager, effective Aug. 1. Wood graduated from the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2001 and earned a Master of Arts degree in English in 2007. She has worked for KUAF for eight years.
