4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
• Giancarlo Diaz, 24, of 159 N. Gem Trail 6 was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drugs with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Diaz was released Tuesday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Shawn Allen Brewer, 49, of 16688 Carefree Lane in Lowell was arrested Monday in connection with driving while intoxicated fifth or subsequent offense. Brewer was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Mitchell Malczycki, 37, of 1010 W. Linden St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with attempted rape and aggravated assault. Malczycki was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $25,000 bond.
Siloam Springs
• Joseph Eugene Gifford, 32, of 2425 E. Kenwood No. 2D was arrested Monday in connection with domestic battering. Gifford was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
