Fayetteville
• Hughey Brooks, 30, of 3511 Harvard St. was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $75,000 bond.
Rogers
• Gino Cendejas, 25, of 1476 N. Carlsbad Trace in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Cendejas was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Edna Ann Copp, 36, of 415 N. 14th St. was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. Copp was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Damien Self, 43, of 4807 B CB Place was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender and theft of property. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
