An Arkansas craft brewing company has announced the closing of multiple Northwest Arkansas pubs and the opening of a tap room location in Springdale.

Core Brewing Co. released a statement on its website earlier this week that Feb. 28 will be the final day of business for its pub locations in West Fayetteville, Rogers and downtown Bentonville. It also announced that the final day of business for its downtown Springdale location will be Mar. 31.

"Our experiences at these locations have been challenging, but nothing short of incredibly rewarding as well," the company said on its website. "It truly has been an honor to become intertwined into the fabric of these communities, and we hope that we were able to provide you with enjoyable experiences."

Core also announced the opening of a restored Brewery Tap Room at its home brewery in Springdale. The Brewery Tap Room is set to open on April 5, according to the company's website.

The company stated that its pub locations in East Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Little Rock and Hot Springs will remain open.

Core Brewing Co. was founded in 2010.
