When officers asked a naked man walking down Asher Avenue what he was doing Friday, he said he was going “to get a burger,” an arrest report said.
Little Rock officers arrested Lamar Hampton, 30, Friday on a charge of disorderly conduct after seeing the man walk nude down the street, the report said.
Hampton was no longer listed in the Pulaski County jail roster as of Friday evening.
