"I guess it's been an extremely rainy year and we've had difficulty with the water coming in." The sculpture shows lights that emulate a bouncing ball when visitors interact with the piece. He replaced some LED strips in the sculpture effected by water. He said one of the unique challenges of creating custom, public art pieces is anticipating some problems that can arise from an ever-changing environment.
