North Little Rock attorney Stephen Morley was suspended from the practice of law for 42 months, or 3½ years, according to a consent order filed Nov. 15 to resolve an investigation by the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct into concerns about Morley's representation of a Dermott liquor store and its owners over 12 years. Morley admitted to some violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct and didn't contest others. An article Thursday incorrectly stated the length of the suspension.
