Four former Regions Bank branches in Arkansas are on the auction block.
The bid deadline for the online-only auction for branches in Booneville, England, Jonesboro and Trumann is 11 a.m. Aug. 28, according to a news release from Auction Management Corp. of Atlanta, which has been retained to conduct the auctions.
"This is an absolute auction," the company said. "All properties will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price."
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid amount and the winning bidder must close within 20 days, according to the release.
The properties are available for inspection at the following times and dates:
• 10 a.m. Wednesday: 127 E. Main St. in Booneville.
• 3 p.m. Wednesday: 100 S. Allis St. in England.
• 10 a.m. Thursday: 4902 E. Nettleton Ave. in Jonesboro.
• 2 p.m. Thursday: 825 Arkansas 463 North in Trumann.
