• Jason Thomas Graf, 41, of 1124 Poplar St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony nonsupport. Graf was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Joshua Paul Niksch, 36, of 6603 S.W. Springwood St. in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property. Niksch was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Jerry Dewayne Rhine, 43, of 19646 Jewell Drive in Gravette was arrested Tuesday in connection with battery. Rhine was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Steven Sands, 57, of 1934 E. Peridot Place was arrested Monday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Sands was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Oscar Albo-Robles, 44, of 273 W. Village Lake Drive was arrested Tuesday in connection with terroristic threatening and domestic battering. Albo-Robles was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
• William Pitts, 21, of 611 Moan Place was arrested Tuesday in connection with criminal mischief. Pitts was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.

• Michael Clark, 42, of 1900 N. Pine Valley Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft by receiving, possession of firearms by certain persons and terroristic threatening. Clark was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
