FAYETTEVILLE -- Veterans who own small businesses and those interested in entrepreneurship can find ways to start or grow their businesses at a seminar today at the Washington County Veterans Services Office.

The federal Small Business Administration's Arkansas District Office will present information at the 2018 "Veterans Taking Care of Business" seminar from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at 62 W. North St.

The goal of the program is to share resources with veterans who own small businesses or are interested in small-business opportunities. Topics featured in the seminar include federal contracting opportunities, access to capital, resources to start and grow a small business in Arkansas, well-being and the Small Business Administration's "Boots to Business Reboot" program.

Seating is limited, and registration is required. For more information about the event, contact the Washington County Veterans Services Office at 479-444-1767.
