Angela and Dexter Doyne opened their home in the College Station community of Little Rock on May 6 for a reception honoring Pulaski County Judge Barry Hyde. The afternoon event, hosted by the Progressive League of College Station, was also a fundraiser for the league's programs.

The reception opened with refreshments and music while guests mingled. A program included a historical overview of the league and its goals by Executive Director Cloria Dozier. Austin Porter Jr., president of the league, introduced Hyde who was thanked for his support for the community and being a "Friend of the New College Station."
