A woman has pleaded guilty in the fatal shooting of a man outside an east Little Rock auto shop, the prosecuting attorney's office said.
Alundra Shelay Hampton, 25, of North Little Rock entered the plea Tuesday morning to charges of second-degree murder and first-degree battery, deputy prosecutor Kelly Ward said.
Hampton initially faced counts of capital murder, aggravated robbery and first-degree battery in the death of 47-year-old Harvel "Todd" Sieber.
Sieber was shot in a Nov. 15, 2016, robbery outside Hines Detail Shop at 815 E. Capitol Ave. after he got out of his vehicle and tried to shoot Hampton, who had approached the business's owner and opened fire, authorities previously said.
Police said Sieber, a Peterbilt Motors Co. salesman who frequented the business, later died at UAMS Medical Center.
The auto shop's owner, Mitchell Hines, was shot in the right leg and survived.
Corey Williams Jr., 21, of North Little Rock is also charged in the case, according to records filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court.
Hampton will be sentenced in September.
