4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
• Marshall Langley, 28, of 3140 S.W. 22nd St. in Oklahoma City was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver. Langley was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
Arkansas State Police
• Cindy Blewett, 54, of 123 Wilderness Road in Center Ridge was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Blewett was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.

• Robert Michael Gibbs, 19, of 6 St. Ives Lane was arrested Sunday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gibbs was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Christopher Moreno, 18, of 1101 S.W. Clifton St. in Bentonville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Moreno was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Joshua Navedo-Garcia, 23, was arrested Sunday in connection with theft by receiving, possession of firearm by certain persons and possession of a controlled substance. Navedo-Garcia was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Riley Gilbert, 44, of 1280 Ed Edwards Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with domestic battery and residential burglary. Gilbert was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.

• Brian Fenex, 29, of 149 N. Wyman Road was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver. Fenex was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond.
• Timmy Wilcher, 34, of 792 Seven Hills Court was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Wilcher was being held Monday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
Little Flock
• Joseph Robert Saucier, 21, of 101 S. Pleasant Ridge Drive in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession with two counts of possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Saucier was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Matilda Kay Birdtail, 23, of 27473 South Big Town Road in Parkhill, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with commercial burglary and criminal trespass. Birdtail was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
