A reception for outgoing Maumelle Mayor Mike Watson will be 3-5 p.m. Monday in the South Room of the Odom Community Center, 1100 Edgewood Drive.
The public is invited. Refreshments will be served.
Watson has been Maumelle's mayor for 12 years. He didn't seek re-election in the November general election. City Attorney Caleb Norris was elected mayor over two opponents.
The reception will also recognize outgoing City Council members Rick Anderson and Gloria Timmons.
