• Paul David Neff, 59, of 16251 Fairmount Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, false imprisonment and interference with emergency communications. Neff was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Harley James Hoffman, 32, of 710 N.W. Seventh St.in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Hoffman was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Austin Blackston, 22, of Green Forest, was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver; possession of a firearm by certain person; simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Jail with no bond set.

• Isaiah Afernee Anderson, 22, of 598 N. Brandy Station Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. Anderson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Cody Don Tinsley, 26, of 1210 Rolling Oaks Lane in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with terroristic threatening, criminal mischief and domestic battering. Tinsley was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
• Drake Barnes, 19, of 300 Meadow Court in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Barnes was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• James Richard Calcott, 39, of 316 W. Cornell St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with breaking or entering, theft of property and battery in the second degree. Calcott was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
