Laura Socha joined Weichert, Realtors -- The Griffin Company's Fayetteville office at 2719 N. Drake St.

Michael Herr will become chief administrative office for Northwest Health Physicians' Specialty Hospital on Dec. 1o. He has approximately 14 years of experience in leadership roles at Starr Regional Medical Center, with facilities in Athens and Etowah, Tenn.; Parkview Regional Medical Center, Mexia, Texas; Valley View Medical Center, Fort Mohave, Ariz.; and Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs, N.M. Herr earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a master's of business administration in health care administration from the University of Texas.

Ginny Wilson was hired as director of finance for the Walton Arts Center. Wilson earned her juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her bachelor of business administration in accounting from University of Central Arkansas. She is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of accounting experience, including nine years of nonprofit accounting.

Mary Caldwell, a clinical dietitian at Washington Regional Medical Center, recently achieved certification as a nutrition support clinician by the National Board of Nutrition Support Certification. Caldwell has been with Washington Regional for 10 years. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with bachelor's and master's degrees in dietetics. Caldwell completed her dietetic internship at Southern Regional Medical Center. She is a member of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.

Melanie Gage was promoted to senior private banker in Arvest Bank's private banking department. She has worked at Arvest since 1999, most recently as a senior vice president and a regional sales manager for its treasury management division. Gage is a certified treasury professional and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals.

Tanya Mims was named First National Bank of NWA's Fayetteville president. Mims has more than 24 years of banking experience in Fayetteville. She earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
