UPDATE 12:30 p.m.

A Siloam Springs man was involved in a workplace accident earlier this week and died from his injuries. Keith Brosch was involved in a workplace accident at Home Brands, located at 4560 East Highway 412, on Wednesday, July 26, according to a release from the Siloam Springs Police Department.

Brosch’s cause of death was determined to be from an accidental electrocution and subsequent elevated fall, according to a second press release. No criminal act is believed to have occurred, and the investigation into the death is still ongoing.

Coworkers, members of the Siloam Springs Fire Department and members of the Siloam Springs Regional Hospital attempted lifesaving efforts, but were unsuccessful. OSHA and the Benton County Coroner each declined to give additional information as the incident is still under investigation.

8:40 a.m.

Keith Brosch of Siloam Springs was killed in an accident at Home Brands Products on Wednesday, the Siloam Springs Police Department reported Friday morning.

Details concerning how Brosch died were not released.
