A pair of Springdale brothers face felony charges after investigators said they used brass knuckles and a rock to beat a man.

Washington County deputies arrested Nicholas John Lacoy, 21, and Dillon Lacoy, 22, both of 1103 Christian Ave.

Nicholas Lacoy faces charges in connection with second-degree battery and third-degree battery, while Dillon Lacoy faces charges involving second-degree battery, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of third-degree battery.

Deputies responded to a disturbance report just before 1 a.m. Monday at 19388 Ramer Road.

Gage Brown, 18, and his dad, Andy Brown, were drinking and riding all-terrain vehicles with the Lacoy brothers when a fight broke out, according to the report.

Gage Brown said the Lacoys “jumped” his dad. When he tried to intervene, the Lacoy brothers started punching him, according to the report.

Andy Brown was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale, where he received staples in his head and was treated for a broken nose, according to the report.

Investigators said Dillon Lacoy wore brass knuckles and Nicholas Lacoy used a rock to beat Brown while he was lying on the ground.

After the fight, Dillon Lacoy’s wife, Cheyenne Wake, drove the Lacoy brothers home, according to the report.

Wake told investigators Dillon Lacoy punched her in the arm while she was driving on Ramer Road, according to the report. He accused Wake of sleeping with his brother and called her a whore and told his 5-year-old son to do the same.

When the boy didn’t obey, Dillon Lacoy pushed his son’s face against the car window and yelled at him, according to the report.

The Lacoy brothers were arrested and taken to the Washington County Detention Center, where they were being held Tuesday without bond.
