Lions Club Bella Vista Lions Club will meet at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday for a dinner buffet meeting at Concordia Retirement Center’s main building, 1 Concordia Drive. Norine Westerbeck, guest speaker and a Lion, will describe the mission and functions at Arkansas’ Lions Camp for blind and disabled kids. Guests are welcome to attend.
