I agree with Jack Clark. Maybe support an indoor practice facility for Har-Ber. Put a sunset clause on the tax increase. Come back in 10 years, if you have done the right thing with the tax money, re- new the property tax. Springdale cannot afford to keep up 2 football fields. Add on classrooms instead of building NEW SCHOOLS.
Or the school board COULD develop some kohanas and reduce the administration salary by 10% and show some good faith for the children!
Everyone would support the schools.
Things will get better.
